  • ​Achieved damages and eviction award in favor of real estate limited partnership owners through verdict against “pill mill” pain clinic

  • ​$8.9 million jury verdict arising from sexual abuse of minors; largest personal injury verdict ever in Montgomery County

  • Defense verdict for national trucking company involving lost profits for delayed delivery

2007

  • $3.75 million jury verdict for wrongful death with national and local media coverage of entire trial, including interviews on Entertainment Tonight and Court TV

2005

  • $4.0 million settlement in fraud case against publicly-held credit union

1999

  • Successful dismissal of officers and directors of publicly-held financial institution sued for $380 million

1993

  • ​$9.0 million jury verdict for NYSE Bank against two doctors for fraud with judgment setting aside fraudulent transfers of hospital, buildings and houses
